We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Balzers, with a preference for Filipino applicants. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks on our properties and facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, along with free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing broken fixtures, and replacing damaged parts
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and create plans for repairs or improvements
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff in a timely manner
- Install new appliances, fixtures, or furniture as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
