We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repairs, and renovations in both residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and maintenance work, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You should also have experience working with various hand and power tools, as well as knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping.
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures or equipment.
- Install new appliances or fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment.
- Assist with renovations or remodeling projects.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1100 per month.
