Merchandiser in Ar Rumaythiyah



We are a leading retail company in Ar Rumaythiyah looking for a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most appealing way possible to attract customers. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions about product placement.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset are also essential qualities for this position. Previous experience in merchandising is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain product displays according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations on product placement
- Work closely with the buying team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials for featured products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in merchandising or visual display design preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software is a plus

We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month, as well as accommodation and other benefits. This is a full-time position based in Ar Rumaythiyah, with occasional travel within the city required.
