Mason Supervisor



A reputable construction company in Ashdod is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, making it an ideal opportunity for foreigners looking to work in Israel.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of masons in various construction projects
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and safety precautions
- Read blueprints and follow instructions to accurately execute construction plans
- Ensure that materials are used efficiently and effectively
- Monitor the progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients to provide updates on progress
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that work meets established standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans accurately
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Physical strength and stamina for performing manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
