The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company's facilities. This role is suitable for someone who is skilled in a wide range of handyman tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently. This position is based in Atlanta, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing leaky faucets, and fixing broken appliances
- Conduct general repairs on walls, floors, roofs, and other building structures
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Respond to requests for repairs from different departments within the company
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance work
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Indian nationality preferred
