We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team in Atlanta. As a handyman, you will be responsible for completing various tasks such as repairs, installations, and maintenance of buildings and properties. This is a contract job with accommodation provided for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Inspect buildings and identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Ability to use various tools and equipment safely
- Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
