Senior Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Lahore. As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with our clients, contractors, and team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural design and construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their requirements
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and management
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1600$ per month
