We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations of our company, ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems and networks.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and support services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in IT management.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, software development, and system maintenance.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary package of 900$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Wiltz. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Wiltz.

Visa Sponsorship:
We are willing to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate if necessary.
