We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Online Tutor to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing virtual academic support to students of various levels and subjects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong educational background, and prior experience in tutoring or teaching.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online tutoring sessions with students in a variety of subjects
- Assist students with understanding course material and completing assignments
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum to meet individual student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Maintain open communication with students and their parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
