Slinger - Construction Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Slinger to join our construction team in Eldoret. As a Slinger, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our construction workers, ensuring materials are safely and efficiently transported around the job site. This is a contract position that does not require any previous experience or English language skills. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but candidates must have the legal right to work in Eldoret.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with lifting and moving materials using various slinging techniques
- Safely operate equipment such as cranes and forklifts
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or damages
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow instructions from supervisors and provide support as needed

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Familiarity with slinging techniques and equipment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English language proficiency is not required)
- Must have legal right to work in Eldoret

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided.
