IT Manager

As an IT Manager for our company based in Eschen, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and services. Your main role will be to ensure that our company's technology infrastructure is up-to-date, efficient, and secure. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and coordinating with other departments to understand their technological needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and plans that align with the company's goals
- Monitor and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, security systems, and telecommunications
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technological needs and provide solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement
- Create and manage the IT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting business requirements
- Ensure data security and privacy by implementing appropriate measures
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, security systems, telecommunications systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills to collaborate with different departments within the company
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
