Plasterer

A reputable construction company in Lahore is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of plastering techniques and be able to work efficiently and accurately to complete projects within given timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old plaster, cleaning and smoothing the surface
- Measure and mix plaster materials according to the project requirements
- Apply layers of plaster using appropriate tools such as trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Smooth out any imperfections and ensure a smooth finish
- Follow blueprints or instructions from supervisors to ensure accuracy in measurements and finishes
- Repair any damages or cracks in existing plasterwork
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety standards at all times
- Communicate with clients or supervisors on project progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various plastering materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills to complete projects within given timelines
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and supervisors

Education/Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Additional training or certification in plastering is an advantage.

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1700 per month depending on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This job is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
