Waiter/Waitress - Filipino Cuisine


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular Filipino restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take food and drink orders, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using a POS system
- Maintain clean and organized tables and workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting, preferably with knowledge of Filipino cuisine
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Tagalog is a plus)
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
