Industrial Architect


An industrial architect is responsible for designing and planning industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. They work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that the buildings meet functional and aesthetic requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial processes and regulations, as well as the ability to create innovative designs that maximize efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to develop building plans that meet functional and safety requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess potential locations for new industrial structures
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Work with clients to understand their needs and requirements for the project
- Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in industrial architecture is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to create accurate drawings/models
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
