Junior Industrial Architect (Indian Nationals)

As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will work alongside our experienced team to design and plan industrial structures and facilities in the city of Sheduva. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to produce high-quality designs that meet project requirements and adhere to industry standards. You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in construction documentation, site visits, and project management. This is a contract position that does not require prior experience or English proficiency. Accommodation and visa arrangements must be made independently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing architectural designs for industrial buildings and structures
- Collaborate with team members on design concepts and modifications
- Create detailed construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design plans and resolve any issues that arise during construction
- Communicate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay updated on industry developments, codes, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid work permit for Sheduva (must provide own visa)
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
