We are hiring a skilled and experienced Contract Painter to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Contract Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture. Your main goal will be to ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared and painted to meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Use masking tape and drop cloths to protect surrounding areas from paint splatters
- Repair damages or imperfections on surfaces before painting
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition
- Follow safety guidelines when handling paints and other chemicals

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Proficient in mixing and matching colors to create desired shades
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools including brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality-consciousness
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and climb ladders when needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This role is based in Utena, Lithuania. However, we welcome candidates from any nationality who have their own visa.
