We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Utena. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing various surfaces including walls, ceilings, and furniture. Your duties will also include selecting and mixing paints, applying primer and paint coats, and ensuring a smooth and even finish on all surfaces. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a painter, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling cracks and holes
- Select and mix paints to achieve desired color
- Apply primer before painting
- Paint surfaces using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure a smooth and even finish on all surfaces
- Repair any imperfections or touch-ups as needed
- Clean up work areas after completing job
- Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of different painting techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform manual labor
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
- Must have own biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
