Experienced Painter

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team in Utena. As a Painter, you will be responsible for selecting the appropriate paint and materials, preparing surfaces, and applying paint to various structures and surfaces. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the painting industry and is able to work independently with little supervision. You must have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Select and mix paints according to specifications
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish
- Clean up job site after completion of work
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work within tight deadlines
- Must have own visa or be eligible for sponsorship in Utena
