A reputable property management company is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Eschen. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on various properties, ensuring they are in good condition and meet safety standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, equipment, or appliances
- Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain outdoor spaces by mowing lawns, trimming trees and bushes, etc.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Handyman or similar role preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and enjoy working with their hands. While no formal education is required, candidates with technical training or certifications in relevant fields will be given preference. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in Eschen.
