Construction Manager vacancy in Ajman UAE

Construction Manager - Ajman, UAE (Pakistani Nationals)

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Ajman, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budget management
- Oversee daily construction activities and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all work performed
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates and changes
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language is a plus)

This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1400 USD per month. We offer visa sponsorship for Pakistani nationals only. Accommodation will not be provided.
