Entry-Level Florist in Medina



We are hiring an entry-level florist to join our team in Medina! As a florist, you will work with fresh flowers and plants to create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and funerals. Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements based on client requests and preferences
- Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Assist with flower deliveries and set up for events

- Keep the floral shop clean and organized at all times
- Learn new techniques and stay updated on current trends in the floral industry

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge or interest in floral design is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and creativity are essential for this role
- Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when needed

Salary:
We offer a starting salary of $1800 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. However, you may be required to work weekends or holidays during busy seasons.
