Florist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist Assistant to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Florist Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced florists to create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and arrangement of flowers for orders
- Cleaning and maintaining the flower shop and workspace
- Greeting and assisting customers with their orders and inquiries
- Taking phone orders and accurately recording them in our system
- Participating in the design process of floral arrangements under the guidance of our florists
- Packaging and delivering orders to customers as needed

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Filipino nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities
- Passion for flowers and interest in learning about floral design
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
