We are looking for a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. You will also assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and plants for their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements according to customer requests and industry trends
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Consult with customers to determine their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Process orders, arrange deliveries, and ensure timely completion of projects
- Care for plants and flowers to ensure their longevity
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and attend workshops or training as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Creativity and artistic skills to design appealing arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in varying temperatures
