Industrial Architect - Acre, India

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Acre, India. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Create detailed design drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with structural engineers and other professionals to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, construction, and labor
- Oversee construction process to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Make adjustments to designs as needed during construction phase

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working on industrial projects in India or similar countries
- Familiarity with Indian building codes
- Bilingual in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Salary:
$1600 per month

This is a full-time position. Part-time candidates will not be considered.

Note: This position does not require English proficiency. However, fluency in English is preferred for effective communication within the team.
