Industrial Painter in Nakuru, Kenya


We are hiring an experienced industrial painter to join our team in Nakuru. As an industrial painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an industrial painter, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is preferred. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, priming, or other methods as necessary
- Mix paint and match colors according to specifications
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate any issues or concerns with project managers
- Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an industrial painter preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and equipment
- Good physical stamina for performing repetitive tasks and working at heights if necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (preferred)
- Must be able to provide own transportation

Working Conditions:
The industrial painter will work on various job sites in Nakuru. The position requires standing for extended periods of time, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, masks may be required depending on the project. The candidate must also be comfortable working at heights if necessary.

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1700 per month.
