Job Title: Industrial Painter



We are a fast-growing industrial painting company based in Nakuru, seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, applying coatings, and ensuring a high-quality finish on various industrial surfaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply coatings using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
- Repair damaged areas or touch up paint as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter
- Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform manual labor tasks

Preferred:
- Certification or training in industrial painting techniques
- Experience with industrial machinery or equipment painting
- Fluency in English
