Online Consultant



We are currently hiring an Online Consultant to join our team in Sheduva. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to customers through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media.

Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information and recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on any unresolved issues.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment is also essential. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.

This position offers a salary of $1300 per month with the potential for bonuses based on performance. While English language skills are not required, fluency in Indian languages is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided with this position.
