We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Plovdiv. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and training as needed
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare sales reports and present to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote company products/services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create data-driven strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel for business purposes as needed
