Live-In Caregiver


We are a reputable home care agency in St. Petersburg, seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide around-the-clock care for our elderly clients. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need while also enjoying the comfort and stability of living in your own private room within our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting for elderly clients
- Monitor client's health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary needs
- Administer medication as directed by physician or nurse
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
- Accompany clients on errands or appointments as needed
- Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and report any incidents or issues to supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a caregiver, preferably with elderly individuals
- Valid certification in CPR and First Aid
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers/mobility
- Clean background check and drug screening

We offer competitive salary of $1200 per month along with visa sponsorship for foreign caregivers. This is a full-time position with live-in accommodations provided. Our agency also offers ongoing training opportunities for professional development.
