Biometric Passport Team Lead

As the Biometric Passport Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of talented individuals in the production and distribution of biometric passports. Your duties will include overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring quality control measures are followed, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of passport production and distribution specialists
- Oversee all aspects of the production process, from data entry to printing and distribution
- Ensure quality control measures are followed by team members
- Train new team members on processes and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions
- Communicate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of passports
- Keep accurate records of passport production and inventory levels

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience working with biometric passports or other secure documents is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
