Resort Manager for Luxury Medina Resort


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort in Medina. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the resort, including guest satisfaction, staff management, financial performance, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily operations of the resort, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly
- Recruit, train, and supervise all resort staff to maintain high levels of professionalism and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
- Create and manage budgets for all departments within the resort
- Oversee reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy rates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and packages to attract guests
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing for goods and services
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role at a luxury resort or hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of successfully increasing revenue while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, sales, marketing, reservations systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation in our luxury staff housing.
