Junior Industrial Architect


As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, planning and construction of industrial buildings and structures. This role requires strong technical knowledge and attention to detail, as well as creativity and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with senior architects to create efficient and functional spaces that meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing design concepts for industrial projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure project success
- Research building materials, systems and techniques to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
- Participate in client meetings to present design proposals and gather feedback
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling and procurement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and BIM technology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations and sustainability practices
- Previous experience in industrial architecture is a plus
