Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Karachi. As a leader in the construction industry, our company specializes in building commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Hire and manage subcontractors and other personnel involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings

This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the project.
