Wedding Planner (Contract) - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

As a wedding planner, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with planning and coordinating their dream weddings. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and offer expert advice and guidance to ensure a flawless event. This is a contract position, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work with various clients.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalees and Nepali candidates preferred)
- Prior experience in event planning or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local wedding venues, vendors, and customs is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements
- Assist in selecting vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding including venue setup, decorations, entertainment, etc.
- Create detailed timelines for the wedding day and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Manage budget and negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of the client
- Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
