Android Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our software development team in Jerusalem. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Android platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating user-friendly and efficient mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure code quality through testing and debugging
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance when needed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven working experience in Android development (at least 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services
- Experience working with remote data via JSON/XML
- Knowledge of the full mobile development life cycle including publishing apps on Google Play store
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English

Additional Information:
This position is open to Indian or Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Salary for this position is $1300 per month.
