IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Washington. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, ensuring network security, and maintaining hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's information technology systems
- Develop and implement technology strategies to meet business needs
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
- Maintain hardware and software systems, including regular updates and maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Create budget proposals for IT projects and manage expenses within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and computer hardware/software systems
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven budget management experience

Salary: $1500 per month
