Team Lead - Operations (Triesen, Liechtenstein)


As a Team Lead for our operations department in Triesen, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of English-speaking employees. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who can guide and support our team to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of operations staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to improve overall operations processes and procedures
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within agreed timelines
- Conduct performance evaluations and set goals for team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in operations or customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and meeting targets
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.

Location:
