We are currently hiring a Teamlead to join our dynamic and growing team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to achieve company goals and objectives. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve company goals
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication between teams
- Identify training needs and develop training programs for team members as necessary

Requirements:
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Valid work permit for Liechtenstein (free visa provided if needed)
