Our painting company is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various structures and surfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or patching holes
- Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths or tarps to protect from paint
- Mix paint to achieve desired color and consistency
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure all areas are properly covered with paint and touch up any missed spots
- Clean up tools and equipment after each job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in residential or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding as needed
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Fluent in English (Russian proficiency is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
