Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage and liability
- Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support claim evaluations
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Prepare detailed reports on claim findings and recommendations for settlement amounts
- Stay updated on industry developments, policies, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an adjuster or in a similar role within the insurance industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bungoma, Kenya. Applicants from India are strongly encouraged to apply as this is a preference but not a strict requirement.
