We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine the extent of liability and negotiate settlements with claimants. As an adjuster, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a thorough understanding of insurance policies and regulations. This position requires fluency in English and experience in the insurance industry is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 USD per month.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing documents
- Analyze policy coverage to determine the extent of liability for each claim
- Negotiate settlements with claimants while adhering to company policies and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, legal representatives, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for settlement amounts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in policies that may impact claims handling procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience as an Insurance Adjuster or similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within Bungoma when required
