Barista for a Coffee Shop in Dubai

We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in the vibrant city of Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light snacks and pastries. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, ensuring that customers have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to company standards
- Keep the coffee shop clean and organized at all times
- Stock inventory as needed and maintain proper levels of supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must have good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Filipinos preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply
