Forum Moderator for Online Community

As a Forum Moderator for our online community, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on our platform. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with users in a professional and respectful manner. You will work closely with the community manager to enforce community guidelines, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on the forum and ensure it aligns with community guidelines
- Engage with users by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the community manager to develop strategies for growing and improving the forum
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them appropriately
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the forum by promoting respectful communication among users
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, news, and events to inform discussions on the forum

Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience moderating online communities or forums is preferred but not required
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Passion for engaging with others and building an online community
- Knowledge of current social media platforms
- Flexible schedule, as this role may require occasional monitoring outside of regular business hours

Location: The position is located in Clairvaux but remote work is also possible.

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
