Experience:
I worked for six months in Tax Transfers. In this call center, my duties were to take outbound calls to people inside the States to qualify them for the Fresh Start Program, a debt relief program that reduces or removes taxes and debts to the people I call. If they owed more than 10,000 USD, I transferred their call to a debt specialist to get credit for that.
Education:
I am a university student in theology at the Reformed University of Colombia. I am currently at my dissertation's process, which is a documentary research project I hope to execute after receiving their verdict as well.
