Experience:
Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
2- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
3- Update and maintain receipts into the OMEGA system. 4-Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom 5-Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
6-Coordinates stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the sales and finance departments.
7-Enters shipping and inventory data in the computer system 8-Utilizes the company’s inventory software platform to check in products and compare deliveries to outstanding purchase orders Analyzes supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.
9-Manages purchasing orders for incoming equipment, services, and supplies
Collaborates with purchasing group to determine when products are missing from deliveries and contact vendors in regards to damaged product
10-Keeps track of inventory and supplies that need restocking 11-Oversees stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling.
12-Forecasts supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
Verifies receipts and confirms purchase contents and orders are complete
13-Maintains accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards
