Experience:
I have been working as a Store Manager at DEFENCE FORCES WALFARE SERVICES DEFENCE HEADQUATERS MALL till 31st July 2024 when I resigned as stated in DEFWES Recommendation letter, in this role I managed 42 Staffs working in various sections which includes Supermarket, Petrol station Main Stores and Cafeteria which regularly served 1,500 clients with a daily sale of 24,000 USD and consistently earns 90% of customer’s satisfaction based on weekly surveys, My primary role was to oversee day-to-day functioning of various offices, ensuring the administrative processes run smoothly, provide support to staffs and various departments within the mall, Suppliers, Various military departments, Messes and top DEFWES Management, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings, manage communication channels such as phone calls and emails, implementing procedures for classification, maintenance, protection and disposition conducting records surveys and staff appraisals
