I have over 8 years of diverse experience across hospitality, customer service, and business operations. Most recently, I worked as a Restaurant Manager at BLVD Restaurant & Bar in Singapore (Sep 2022 – May 2023), where I was responsible for managing the entire restaurant operation including team supervision, cash handling, POS billing, inventory management, hygiene standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
