I have over three years of experience in customer facing roles, including airport passenger services at Swissport Japan from May 2022 to August 2024, passenger service and team support at FMG from August 2024 to December 2025, and currently working in a bar as an assistant manager, cashier, bartender, and service staff responsible for daily operations and customer service.
Education:
I graduated from Mie Prefectural Iino High School in 2022, majoring in English Communication.
Skills:
My skills include fluent communication in English, Japanese, and Tagalog, airport and passenger services, customer service and guest relations, cash handling and POS operation, hospitality and bar operations, conflict resolution, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
