Around 6 years experience in Oil Rigs, Barge, Marine Vessels, Refineries, Petrochemical plants and Calibration Lab which includes Installation & Commissioning, Calibration and maintenance of all types of Fire & Gas Detection system and Fire Alarm system, Air Purity Test, Knowledge of Breathing apparatus and cascade system.
Education:
Diploma in Electronics Engineering

➢ Complete PPE before performing a job in the field.
➢ Technically trained and qualified to install, maintain and repair all types of fire and gas detection system.
➢ Calibration and maintenance of Portable and fixed Gas Detector.
➢ Annual Inspection and Test of Fire Detection system.
➢ Installation & commissioning of Toxic and combustible gas detector.
➢ Programming of gas monitoring systems.
➢ Perform regular calibration and maintenance services in calibration lab- H2S, CO, HC, O2, CO2, SO2, NH3, VOC gas monitor, Multi gas monitor, Area monitor and SF6 Leak detector.
➢ Spare parts replacement like Control PCB, Display PCB, Power PCB, Sensor, Sensor splash Gaurd, Relay, Filter, Hooter, Beacon etc.
➢ Worked on Honeywell, BW Technologies, RAE systems, MSA, Industrial Scientific, Drager, Gas Clip Technologies, Scott Safety, Riken Keiki, Crowcon, Oldham, Detcon Gas Detectors.
➢ Worked on Tyco, Consilium, Simplex, Eltek Marine etc. Fire detection controls Panel.
➢ Visiting site for Calibration and recertification job of portable gas detector and Fixed gas detection system.
➢ Visiting site for Annual Inspection, Test and recertification job of Fire detection system.
➢ Perform Air Quality Test of Breathing Air compressor.
➢ Submit the report to the department and prepare the Certificates.
➢ Technical support to the customers.
➢ Prepare and maintains reports, files related to the work.
➢ Review operation & maintenance manuals to ensure correctness & completeness.
