I support the operations and the administration of the foundation.
I carry out donation projects and ensure that beneficiaries receive the help they need from the foundation.
I come out with plans and ideas that can help the foundation to be more effective.
I utilize essential interpersonal, communication, and listening skills by making sure that the issues that comes to our desk are well investigated into and that ensure the right action is taken.
I communicate with team members and the team heads on updates of all projects.
I offer support during counseling sessions and ensure that it goes on smoothly.

• I ensured orders are received from customers and marketers, also prepared quotations for the specified request.
• I worked hand in hand with the production department by releasing Job cards and the needed work details to aid them in production of the specified order.
• I ensured that all purchases are paid and banked accordingly. Cash or Cheque received are banked daily. I ensure that this is done effectively and attached all deposit slips to files to help tracking of proper sales and payment systems.
• I ensured that all necessary documents are issued to clients upon payments i.e. way bill, payment receipts, vat receipt and ensured that goods are supplied accordingly.
• I collected data regarding Organisational sales, Cash and Cheque Inn, Trade Receivables and prepared financial reports to enable management take strategic decisions on sales and finances.

• I recorded Income and Expenditure of the Ministry and came up with a monthly report with a graphical presentation/ Chart to help the Ministry take relevant financial decisions.
• I monitored the Ministries Stock and Sales of Makarios60 and the Manthano on the Missions. And captured them in a data base with a periodic update to help the Ministry deal with issues of mishandling of stock or thefts by any individual and also to help determine the progress on sales.

• I supervised workers on building projects. Bargained with contractors on workmanship to ensure they don’t overcharge to help cut down cost.. I placed the necessary orders for raw materials as and when needed. And took stock of materials at the warehouse to ensure that they are used effectively..

• I ensured that, all income from tithes are entered in the data base and provided a quarterly Chart to help the Ministry monitor its tithe status. I also ensured that all tithe payers are registered in the data base so that they can receive an SMS alert to appreciate them and encourage them to continue paying their tithe to invoke God's blessings.
JAN. 14-JUNE 2016: ANAGKAZO, HOSPITALITY MANAGER/ ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
• As a Hospitality Manager, I ensured the comfortability of guests by seeing to it that Conference Halls and Residential rooms were well cleaned. I coordinate with caterers to ensure that guests are served with healthy meals and also ensured that rules and regulations regarding the use of the facilities were adhered to by all guests.
• As an assistant project manager I supervised contractors and workers on their assigned building projects and also ensured they delivered their work according to the expected description and on time and ensured that what they need to finish their project was provided.
• I also supervised building projects at the Anagkazo Bible and Training Centre whiles working as a project manager since the Centre was still undergoing construction.
